How much does property management cost?

8 to 10% of the monthly rent, depending on how many homes we manage for you. The fee starts when your tenant pays their first month's rent.

How do you screen tenants?

Every applicant goes through credit, rental history, income verification of three times the rent, a national eviction search and a national criminal background check.

When do I get paid?

Investor disbursements go out no later than the 10th when rent is paid on time, with your statement and paid invoices in your online investor portal.

Am I locked into a contract?

No. You can end the agreement with 30 days' notice and no termination fees. We'd rather earn your business every month.
